RF low noise amplifier - RF front-end chip product
The function of a radio frequency (RF) low noise amplifier (LNA) is to amplify the weak RF signals received by the antenna while minimizing the introduction of noise, thereby achieving better signal quality, higher call quality, and higher data transmission rates on mobile intelligent terminals. The company's RF LNA products, depending on the applicable frequency, are categorized into global positioning system (GPS) RF LNAs, mobile communication signal RF LNAs, television signal RF LNAs, and frequency modulation (FM) signal RF LNAs. These RF LNA products are fabricated using materials such as SiGe, RF CMOS, RF SOI, and GaAs, along with corresponding processes, and are primarily applied to mobile intelligent terminals like smartphones.
The working principle of an RF LNA is illustrated in the figure below: The input RF signal is converted into voltage by the input matching network, amplified by the amplifier, and during the amplification process, the introduction of self-noise is minimized to the greatest extent. Finally, the amplified signal is converted into power output through the output matching network.
